Does anyone else notice a weak Red color balance on their photos?

We printed a couple of prints at a local print shop and see a clear difference.

I noticed color balance problem with my latest order as well - but I've been very happy up until now. I don't know if it is because I ordered cheap .06 prints instead of Kodak paper. I sent Photoceap an e-mail about it. Let's see if they fix it.
